Top Rated Fleet Maintenance
Champion Lube and Repair work differently. We handle program-managed maintenance and repair at your yard, terminal, or jobsite, with the authorization and documentation handled the way the program expects.
We serve fleet accounts exclusively, and we understand that a managed fleet has two customers to satisfy: your operation and the program administering it.

A structured fleet oil change service does more than swap fluid. These benefits apply to any operation, whether you run six trucks or two hundred, and they are why a fleet oil change service belongs on a schedule instead of a to-do list:

Formerly ARI, Holman manages fleet programs with specific authorization, coding, and reporting requirements. As a Holman service vendor, we follow their workflow closely to keep repairs moving and approvals efficient.

ARI is the former name for Holman’s fleet management business, and older paperwork still uses it. Whether your documentation says ARI or Holman, we support the same current service-vendor workflow.

Element manages mixed light-, medium-, and heavy-duty fleets. As an Element service vendor, we work within their approval and reporting requirements, supporting multiple vehicle classes under the same fleet account.

Wheels incorporates the former Wheels, Donlen, and LeasePlan USA organizations. As a Wheels service vendor, we understand the legacy paperwork and processes associated with each, helping ensure accurate authorization and service handling.

WEX supports fleet payment and maintenance programs across commercial fleets. As a WEX service vendor, we understand the payment, authorization, and reporting requirements, helping prevent approval delays and invoicing issues.

Auto Integrate is a maintenance authorization platform, not a fleet leasing company. Multiple fleet programs use it to manage approvals. We handle authorizations directly within the platform, helping streamline communication and approval turnaround.
Preventive maintenance: oil and filter service, fluid checks, and scheduled PM intervals
Tires: rotation, tread measurement, pressure, and torque to specification
Brakes and air systems: measurement, adjustment, and component replacement
Electrical and starting: batteries, charging systems, lighting, and diagnostics
Inspections: DOT annual inspections and multi-point condition assessments
Cooling, fuel, and diesel diagnostics: including fault code work and aftertreatment issues
Wear-item replacement: belts, hoses, filters, wipers, and related components
Work requiring a lift, major component replacement, or specialty equipment gets identified immediately, so nothing stalls inside an authorization for a repair that was never going to happen on site.

Every commercial truck oil change in Lafayette we perform follows the same process, whether the unit is a technician's pickup or a Class 8 tractor:
Downtime collapses: The unit never leaves your lot. You skip transport, queue time, and the return trip that a shop visit always adds on top of the actual repair.
Oil filter replacement using filters matched to the engine, not universal substitutes
Fuel filter and water separator service where the interval calls for it
All fluid levels checked and topped off (coolant, transmission, differential, power steering, washer, and DEF)
Tire pressure and tread inspection across every position
Belts, hoses, and air filter restriction checked for wear and service life
Battery terminals, lighting, and wipers verified
Visual leak and undercarriage check while the unit is drained
Service logged against the unit, with the next due interval recorded
We select oil by application. Modern diesels run API CK-4 or FA-4 grades depending on engine and OEM guidance, and mixing those decisions up creates warranty exposure.
Our fleet oil change covers mixed rosters without splitting them across vendors:

Tractors and heavy trucks

Equipment haulers

Delivery service

Work vans & pickups

Pool vehicles

Support machinery
Every class above belongs on the same scheduled visit, including the pool vehicles that usually escape any formal cycle.

The unit never leaves your lot. You skip transport, queue time, and the return trip that a shop visit always adds on top of the actual repair.

Detailed, correctly coded submissions get approved on the first pass instead of cycling back for more information while the truck sits.

Your driver does not negotiate, does not carry a card, and does not become the go-between for a repair decision they were never equipped to make.

Program-compliant parts and correct-specification fluids keep warranty and program coverage intact rather than creating a denial you discover later.

Documentation arrives in the format the program expects, whether that is a WEX service vendor submission or an Auto Integrate service vendor entry, so your records reconcile without your administrator rebuilding them.

Program-managed units and company-owned units can be serviced on the same visit rather than split across separate providers.
Our qualified diesel technicians perform every oil service, giving you more than a routine oil change. They can spot developing issues before they become expensive breakdowns or roadside emergencies.
Detailed diagnostics and clear line items help get approvals right the first time.
Used oil and filters are removed from your property and handled properly, keeping your yard cleaner while reducing the hassle, storage requirements, and liability associated with waste disposal.
We handle the transaction directly with the program. No cards, negotiations, or repair decisions for drivers.
We flag coverage issues and authorization overruns before work begins.
We service Class 8 equipment, trailers, heavy-duty vehicles, and light-duty fleets.
Identify the fleet management company and approval process. We’ll handle the correct authorization route from there.
We submit through Auto Integrate, WEX, or direct program channels, documenting the unit and reported concern.
We diagnose the issue and provide detailed findings, labor, parts, and recommendations for faster approval.
Repairs proceed only within approved authorization. Any additional work requires fresh program approval before proceeding.
We bill the fleet program directly, eliminating upfront costs, reimbursement requests, and administrative work for your team.
Got questions? We have answers. Learn more about our fleet maintenance services below.
Yes. ARI rebranded to Holman in March 2022 as part of a global consolidation under the Holman name, so an ARI service vendor and a Holman service vendor are the same role. Older program documentation and long-time fleet managers often still use ARI, but the organization and the workflow are the same.
We handle it. Give us the program, the unit, and the complaint, and your Auto Integrate service vendor submission or WEX service vendor approval gets opened and managed on our end. Your administrator does not need to run interference on routine work.
We stop and request a revised authorization before continuing. Nothing outside approved scope gets performed, which protects both your program relationship and your invoice from surprises nobody signed off on.
No. Authorization and payment run between us and the program administrator. Your driver hands over the keys or is not involved at all when we service units at your yard after hours.
Yes, and most of our managed-fleet clients do exactly that. Program units bill through their administrator while owned units bill to your account, all completed during one technician visit.
Rate structures vary by program and by service type, and an ARI service vendor rate will not necessarily match a WEX service vendor's rate. We work within each program's agreed structure and will tell you upfront how a given service is handled rather than leaving it to be discovered at invoicing.
Contact us with the administrator and your locations. Vendor participation varies by program and by market, so we confirm coverage for your exact combination rather than making a blanket claim.
Contact us with your questions and feedback; we are here to assist you with all of your automotive care.
Send us your fleet list along with which program administers each unit. We will confirm how we can support each one, walk through the authorization workflow, and identify which of your locations we can cover.
If your roster spans several programs needing an ARI service vendor here, a Wheels service vendor there, and company-owned units alongside both. That is the normal case rather than a complication. Most managed fleets look exactly like that.
